Jessica Baran’s “Remains to be Used” out now; release reading in St Louis, Jan. 26

Here’s a message form my cousin, Jessica, who is a killer poet and just had her first book released by Apostrophe Books last month (an excellent press).  I’m extremely proud of her and I can’t wait to read this book.  It’s crazy to me that two people in one family got their first books published in the same year by reputable presses.  It’s rare to even find two people in one family both interested in experimental art.  I’m so glad to get to claim Jessica as my blood and I’m going to see what I can do about making the reading.  Good job, Jessica!

It will be a casual, low-key event — with wine and time to browse CAMSTL’s current exhibits — and I’d love it if you could attend.
